Vahina-Paradis is, first and foremost, a place designed for families travelling with their dog. Not to leave it in a corner of the terrace, but so it can live the stay alongside you. From the moment you arrive, it can run free: the grounds stretch over 6,000 m², as far as the eye can see, with no cars and nothing forcing you to keep it on a leash at all times.
And when the grounds aren’t enough anymore, the mountains are right there. We head out for a walk every morning and every afternoon. The dogs have a wonderful time, and it shows: that happy kind of tiredness you see in the evening, stretched out on the floor.
If you’re looking for a place where your dog can roam freely in the mountains while the kids and grown-ups enjoy themselves, this is it. The planes and parachutes passing over Gap-Tallard are part of the scenery, and the little ones never tire of watching them.
