Being Real

Being Real
Straight to camera, between two walks with Vahina on the Châteauvieux trails — mountains and the airfield in the background.
I’m not here to convince anyone. Being real, to me, means one thing: giving my guests a real moment of carefree happiness, a place where worries stay at the door and only rest remains.
I filmed this video while waiting. Waiting to have something worth giving, something worth showing people. Then I realized that something had already been there all along, right in front of me.
I don’t want to be preachy. I have no lesson to teach, no cause to push, nothing to demand. That isn’t my role here at Vahina-Paradis. My role is to make coffee in the morning, walk the trails with Vahina, and let the sky above the airfield do the rest.
What I want to show are stolen moments, here and there, on the Châteauvieux trails. Vahina trotting ahead of me, nose in the wind. The mountains around us. A glider gliding above the runway, down below. Nothing scripted, nothing staged — and never any guests on camera, just the nature, the setting, and her.
No pretense at all, deep down. Except maybe one: being real. And being real, here, means one simple thing — giving you a moment of pure, worry-free happiness, where you can finally let your shoulders drop, with your family, your dog, and the sky over your head.
